Saints Bay Beach Kiosk, located above the beautiful Saints Bay on the south coast of Guernsey, offers one of the island’s most picturesque coastal views.
It’s the perfect stop for walkers, beach‑goers, families, and anyone exploring the stunning south‑coast cliffs.
Whether you’re grabbing lunch, stopping for a drink, or treating yourself after a swim, Saints Bay Beach Kiosk has something for everyone. The kiosk has been run by Antony Safari and Lucy Jenkins since the start of 2025.
Antony brings a unique journey and a lifelong passion for good food to the heart of the kiosk. After 17 years working in tree surgery-eight of those running his own successful firm-Antony decided it was time for a new chapter. Swapping his chainsaw for a chef’s apron, he followed his love for cooking and fresh, satisfying food.
Now the cook at his own café, Antony works alongside his partner, Lucy, creating a welcoming space where quality, flavour, and a down-to-earth approach come first. His hands-on work ethic and dedication carry through from his years outdoors to every dish served, making the kiosk not just a place to eat, but a reflection of his story and passion.
Lucy brings warmth, organisation, and a deep-rooted connection to the area to the heart of the kiosk. With a professional background in finance and as an HR supervisor, she combines strong people skills with a natural ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Since joining Antony on this journey, Lucy has quickly discovered her green fingers-lending a hand with gardening and even stepping in as his trusted ground support during tree surgery work. These days, her focus is firmly on the café, where she’s the friendly face customers meet first. From crafting the perfect hot drink to quietly managing the day-to-day operations, Lucy is very much the driving force that keeps everything on track.
More than anything, Saints Bay has always been a special place for Lucy. Having spent time there since she was just three years old, the beach has been a constant throughout her life. Now, being part of the kiosk feels like a natural continuation of that connection‑welcoming others to enjoy the same place she’s always loved, alongside the food she’s long enjoyed from Antony’s kitchen.
